About the role
Assisting in coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient high-quality service and maximum customer satisfaction. Supervising kitchen and front-of-house staff, planning and preparing operational shift rotas, and maintaining adequate staffing levels. Ensuring strict compliance with food quality, service delivery, and occupational safety and hygiene standards. Supporting core menu selections and service decisions strictly in line with Piri Piri Hermano’s brand expectations. Monitoring inventory, overseeing active purchasing, controlling variable operational costs to mitigate waste, and adhering to strict store budgets. Handling customer requests and escalations, maintaining accurate business records, and supporting routine sales monitoring and strategic operational planning.
What you’ll bring
£31,300 per annum for 37.50 hours per week. T The proposed salary has accordingly been assessed under the applicable transitional salary requirements.
