About the role
Description and responsibilities We are recruiting two Full Stack Software Engineers to develop, maintain and deploy secure business applications, customer portals and workflow management platforms. You will take responsibility for features throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and designing solutions to testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing responsive applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript. - Building backend functionality, REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Managing PostgreSQL databases and Supabase authentication, storage and access controls. - Implementing secure logins, role-based permissions, document uploads and audit trails. - Developing dashboards, automated notifications, webhooks and data import/export functionality. - Deploying applications using Docker and Coolify across staging and production environments. - Managing database migrations and releases while preserving production data. - Testing, debugging and improving application security, performance and reliability. - Maintaining clear technical documentation and participating in code reviews.
What you’ll bring
Requirements - Demonstrable full-stack development experience using Next.js, React, TypeScript and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations. - Practical experience with PostgreSQL, SQL and relational database design. - Experience with Supabase authentication, storage and row-level security. - Working knowledge of Docker, Linux servers and application deployment. - Proficiency in Git and GitHub, including branching, pull requests and version control. - Understanding of secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD and production troubleshooting. - Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and take ownership of development tasks. - A genuine GitHub portfolio showing meaningful personal contributions to working applications. Applicants must be able to independently write, explain, test and debug their code. Experience limited to prompting AI tools or assembling generated code without understanding its implementation will not meet the requirements. Experience with Coolify, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Resend and business workflow platforms would be advantageous.
